Nice Stay
interesting art stocked minibar attentive staff
I found interesting art and decor. The minibar was full with thoughtful snacks. Showers provided hot water and cleanliness. The staff was very attentive and helped me all time.
The hotel restaurant closed. It caused disappointment when I wanted to have breakfast and dinner. I expected the restaurant to be open.

excellent stay in a unique hotel
furnished space art feature good food
i appreciated the well-furnished and unique communal spaces. the art added a nice touch to the environment. the food in the restaurant was very good and i also enjoyed the breakfast.
the signage for on-road parking outside was a little confusing, which resulted in a parking ticket.

the staff was very attentive and promptly addressed any requests i had (for example, extra towels). they seemed genuinely eager to ensure i had a pleasant experience .

the hotel is located within walking distance of the city center. i found it easy to explore many attractions. it is also located in a quiet area.

dirty room loud music
the staff stored our luggage before check in and after check out while we walked around town.
the room wasn't clean i saw lots of hair on the floor and the tea cups looked used. the blinds aren't effective for privacy or blackout in the room. there was loud music being played until late and i was kept awake.

quiet room comfy bed tasty breakfast small room dirty floor expensive minibar
the room was quiet. the bed was comfy with good linen. the location was convenient for gloucester road. breakfast was tasty with good ingredients.
The room was small for the price. the cleanliness was not good. There was glitter on the bathroom floor. staff seemed disinterested and preferred chatting behind the bar. the minibar prices were expensive.
